The majority of known feather problems in the world of bird breeding are due to feeding errors. Because plumage is composed of protein, building a waterproof barrier of feathers requires a particularly rich and balanced protein-based diet. For proper metabolic function, the daily diet must contain sufficient vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. A majority of deaths that occur during molting are due to insufficient or unbalanced protein intake and/or an inadequate intake of vitamins and minerals.
By using NEKTON-Bio, the unfavorable amino acid ratio found in most plant-based foods is explicitly addressed and rebalanced. No other vitamin supplements should be administered while using NEKTON-Bio. NEKTON-Bio is soluble in cold water and can be easily administered via drinking water or soft food.
